Not everyone eats breakfast every day, and I am not going to fight the “most important meal of the day” battle with you, but for ME personally, I am ready to eat by the time my eyes crack all the way open in the morning. Lucky for me, I am a morning person and usually get out of bed fairly easily. But that doesn’t mean I am always on time for everything I need to get done. Sometimes – aka often – I need a quick and easy dose of energizing nutrition that I can either scarf down immediately or run out the door with.
I’m sure I’m not alone in this dire need, so I collaborated with a few brilliant recipe creators and came up with a collection of healthy breakfast that require 5 items (or less) and take only 5 minutes (or less) to put together. I hope you enjoy them all during your next busy week!
